Returns and Refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the error is on our part.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or software
- Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
