Returns and Refunds

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valliertime.com with your order number.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the error is on our part.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
